Kung Fu class at City Road in the heart of Roath. We teach Shaolin Nam Pai Chuan - a traditional martial art that involves striking, kicking, locks, takedowns, self-defence, traditional forms, weapons and much more, in a friendly class. Get fitter, stronger and more flexible, while developing focus and awareness, and learn a new skill at the same time! Your first lesson is FREE so why not try something fun and beneficial? All students aged 14 and over welcome, to any session. We train in Plasnewydd Community Hall, Shakespeare St, off City Road (behind Rileys Snooker and Pool hall or look for the Poet's Corner pub). Monday and Thursday 8-10pm. First lesson free, subsequent lessons £5 (for two-hour class). Discount for students and jobseekers.
