We're looking for a new housmate to replace one of the group who is moving on to pastures new. The room is a large double in a homely shared house located in Roath - just opposite Roath Park and the Lake. University Hospital is just a 5 minute walk away. It’s a 10 minute walk to Albany Road shops, cafes, bars etc. The room is £365pcm with ALL BILLS INCLUDED i.e. council tax, virgin media, wifi, gas, electricity, water – also includes a cleaner twice a month! £265 bond.
 We are a sociable bunch and each have our own groups of friends but also like to socialise together too on nights out or a few drinks in the pub. Looking for someone fun and friendly and not someone who will hide in their room. The 5 current housemates are - Jack, Rhodri, Frankie, Gareth, and Heather - we're all professionals around our mid 20's to early 30s. We enjoy going out, gigs or just hanging out together and are all relaxed and easy going. 
 The house has lots of Victorian character and original features; it’s very spacious and comfortable with tall ceilings. It is fully furnished with all usual mod cons including wireless broadband, dishwasher, virgin tv etc. There’s a garden with patio (newly deweeded for the summertime!) - perfect for barbecues, and there's also a garage for storing bikes etc. We have one parking space on the drive but plenty of street parking close by too.
