Double room with young professionals available now in Roath, Cardiff for sale

Hi! We're 2 young professionals (1 male and 1 female) who rent a 3 bed house in Roath, Cardiff. We have a spare double room which is available to rent immediately. The house (and room) is fully furnished with cooking facilities, sofas, table and chairs, washing machine, tumble dryer, electric shower, wardrobe, double bed, chest of drawers and two, if I do say so myself, great housemates. My housemate and I are outgoing, fun, friendly, chatty young professionals. We both work in professional environments and just love socialising in the lounge, going out for a drink now and then, watching TV, cooking, eating, and just generally having a laugh. The rent is £310 and that includes gas, electricity and water. It does not include broadband (but we have a super fast broadband connection which a tenant could contribute to), TV licence (split into a third each) and Council tax.
