hello! My name's Jackie and I really need a new flatmate! It's a really good sized 2 bed flat on the ground flood of a house on Ninian Road. The room comes fully furnished and is a great size. The rest of the flat comprises of a very large living room/kitchen and a good sized bathroom at the back. We also have a back garden which we have exclusive use of. It's right on the bottom of Ninian Road, opposite the rec and community centre. Right next to Wellfield Road/Albany Road and only 20 minutes walk from town. It's also on a lot of bus routes into the centre. I'm a 26 year old woman who works full time in the city centre. I'm very laidback and just enjoy chilling out in the week and do like to go out some weekends. I'm very sociable so it would be great to make a new friend aswell as a flatmate.
