Hi, I have a light spacious double room available in Roath Park. I’m looking to share with either a like minded person or couple. The flat is available immediately and could be a short term let if required. The flat is really spacious and has a large lounge with study area, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, rear garden, kitchen with appliances, 2 toilets, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and a lot of storage space for bikes etc. The Room is furnished but can be unfurnished if required. The rent is £575 per month including all bills. I’m a mature physiotherapy student, im easy going and very active so I’ll be out either climbing, cycling or running most of the time but when im in the flat I’m happy to socialise over dinner or be respectful of your space.
